The Coleman® Liquid Fuel will safely run a variety of devices in the outdoors. Including all of Colaman’s dual fuel stoves and lanterns. This high performance liquid fuel contains a mix of petroleum naphtha with an added rust inhibitor, formulated and manufactured solely by Coleman.
It has an octane rating of 50 to 55 and none of the additives found in gasoline, which causes reduced dirt build-up, so the device will operate more reliably for longer.
Also called white gas or camping fuel, this liquid fuel is ideal for camping in the winter or at high altitudes and unlike butane and propane, output doesn't falter as temperatures drop.

Smoky burning
I was sold this to use in my trangia as you do not now stock Methelated Spirits and am trying it out before going off this weekend.
Good job I did
Burns with a massive yellow flame nearly 2 feet high and soot all over the pan I am boiling water in.
Worst advice I have had from Go Outdoors now need to try and get hold of some meths as this is dangerous to take camping

More expensive but worth it
After using petrol for years I have just started using this. The cost is outweighed by its benefits: definitely cleaner and feels like a better burn.
OK camping fuel
Works just fine in our little stove, but not as clean burning as some other stuff we've used.
Great stuff
Don't be tempted to use unleaded petrol in your Nightstar lantern - Petrol gives off an unpleasant smell, and leaves a greasy residue. Although more expensive, this gives off no unpleasant odour and burns cleaner.
It burns excellently. But absolutely unsafe and extremely dangerous with a Trangia, as I discovered with a tall flame which I couldn’t put out and damaged pots. Dangerous advice from shop staff.
