Key features
An essential for any family camping trip, the multi-functional Elite Camping Chef Folding Stove has 2 powerful and efficient burners plus an additional downward grill, all adjustable with independent 'push and turn' controls.
Easy to start with Piezo ignition*, it folds down to make it very easy to carry and store.
It runs using either a 904 or 907 type gas canister, connected via a hose and regulator (not included)

*Piezo ignition works by releasing a spring-loaded hammer to strike a spark from crystal, while electronic ignition uses a battery-powered circuit. Piezo ignition may sometimes require more than one press of the button.

Elite Camping Chef Folding Stove
Looks good - expected so much more quality-wise from Camping Gaz. Bought a few for scouts. Very flimsy and unsafe - the folding mechanism and breaks easily keeps collapsing making it unsafe.

This little cooker is ideal for the average camper
I have had this for over a year now. I do use it with a wind barrier, and would recommend a wind barrier as the flames are not massively powerful. We have cooked pasta, fry ups, enchiladas + more

Good cooker at the price I paid ...
At £40 it was half the RRP - which was lucky because they sent it in the display packaging and it arrived dented. I couldn't be bothered to send it back - one trip and it'll soon be worse!

Great cooker. Easily fits two pans and is easy to use.
Great cooker works really well. The grill is slow to warm up and needs to be lit with a match but works fine. We put a mess tin above the grill and use it as a warming plate to keep food hot.

Rubbish for toast
Great for cooking but let down with the grill, absolute rubbish. Won’t buy this make again ☹️

Good, but not perfect
Folds up easy for stoarge, and not to heavy. Grill could be better. But why put ignition on the two rings but not the grill, you still need a lighter or matches to light the grill

Good stove, useless grill
I love taking this stove away with me. The burner stays lit even in wind, although this obviously hampers the cooking time. Should have left out the grill though because it's blinkin' useless.

Used once, not recommended, I will be asking for a refund.
I purchased this cooker because of the reputation of the brand.
The top burners worked well, lit the grill once and the chrome burned off straight away leaving the appearance of a dirty rusty cooker.

You can’t Look outside on this as the burners keep blowing out in the wind. Not what I was expecting from a good quality brand.

GOOD Hob, poor grill
I can’t complain about the burners, they are fab. The grill is awful, it dries the bread out and takes ages to toast.

Grill brings product down useless for toast
Burners no problem very good .
Grill not so would like to no who designed the grill either 1.5 kw grill is inadequate or bad design with height of grill .

Classic stove
Bought this to replace a very old and rickety model of the same make which never let us down - the new one however is a huge improvement - folds away into a slim carry case which is light and silent to transport - excellent and reliable piece of kit!

great stove for the money
If you are any looking to heat up basic food and fry ups this is perfect, not much point in spend any more money. The grill isn't very good but I can live without toast.
