Go Outdoors x Osprey Prize Draw
By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. Go Outdoors Retail Limited (“Promoter”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. This Promotion is run in collaboration with Osprey and Hollie Jenkins (@theedinburghspaniels).

1. What can you win?
There will be one (1) winner who will win:
· One (1) Osprey 60L Transporter Gear Tote and one (1) Osprey Transporter 40L Duffel bag (the “Prize“).
The winner may communicate their preferred bag colour however, all colour options are subject to availability. The Prize is subject to the Promoter being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address. The Promoter has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of the Promoter. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), the Promoter is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, refund or exchange. the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
2. What is excluded from the Prize?
It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.
3. Who can enter?
Entrants must be:
· aged 18 years or over on the date of entry; and
· a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.
The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. the Promoter reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
4. How to enter
The promotion will open on 7 March 2026 at 5:00pm (UK time) and will close on 17 March 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time). Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

You may enter this competition as many times as you would like. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to technical or other issues.
5. How are winners selected?
All valid entries will be entered into an electronic random name generator, which will be used to select the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves).
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. Once the winner has accepted, the Promoter will share their details with Osprey, who will send the Prize directly to the winner’s address. If the winner does not respond within 96 hours, the Promoter may select an alternative winner and the original winner will forfeit their right to the Prize.
6. Winners’ Responsibilities
It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store. The Promoter will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
7. Personal information

The winner’s personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Prize, including contacting the winner, fulfilling the Promoter’s legal obligation to publish the winner’s name and county of residence, and sharing the necessary details with Osprey so that the Prize can be delivered.
8. Which law applies to this promotion?
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
9. The Promoter
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
