Order Queries

We will send you an email and text message once your order has been despatched.

If you’re waiting for an order, make sure you check your email (if it’s not there, don’t forget to check your junk mail just in case!) where you’ll find your despatch note as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

You can also see the latest status of your order, including tracking information once despatched, by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. 

We are not able to advise when items will be coming back into stock. Please check the website for product availability, or contact your local store.

If you’re experiencing any issues with an order you have received, we’re here to help you. Please visit the 'Orders and Deliveries' section of our FAQ's page for details, or contact us using the details on this page where our Customer Care team will assist you.

Store Queries

If you have a store enquiry about opening times, store stock availability or how to find us, click on store finder to find their contact details. Our Customer Care team are not able to check store stock levels, please contact your local store who will be able to advise.

Phone us

If you would prefer to speak to someone you can call us on 0330 008 1555. Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 08:00-19:00 and Saturday from 09:00-18:00. Phone lines are not open on Sunday.

Returns

If you are wanting to return an item, please visit our returns page first to see our returns policy. You can also find Returns information in the 'Returns and Refunds' section of our FAQ's page.

Unsubscribe from Marketing Communications

If you want to unsubscribe from our marketing emails please click on the unsubscribe link within any email we send you. You can also opt in or our of marketing by logging into your account and going the Marketing Preferences area.

If you would like to update your Member’s Card details or unsubscribe from our postal marketing campaigns please email enquiries@gooutdoors.co.uk with the following information;

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Postal Address with postcode, and including any changes that need to be made
  • Member's Card Number (not essential)

Press & PR Enquiries

For Press and PR Enquiries only please contact us at gooutdoorspress@jdplc.com. Contacts to this address about any other subject will not be responded to, and should instead be submitted via the contact form on this page.
